Deanna was first photographed at the end of 1997 by one of TSG's contributing photographers Tim Hammill in San Diego. The staff at SCORE liked her look and invited her to sail on the Boob Cruise. In April 1998, Deanna boarded the Star Clipper for the fourth Cruise.

After the Cruise, Deana went to London to shoot this scene and some girl-girls with Vanessa and Linsey Dawn McKenzie. In 1999, Deanna was in Miami to shoot a girl-girl toy scene with Brittany Love, a very popular feature stripper from Georgia, and other scenes.

"I'm Cherokee Indian and Italian and a little bit of English. I used to work at Hooters in Pittsburgh. All the customers would hit on me in their own way. Some were coy, others were direct. I enjoyed the attention and I did well. All Hooters Girls do well. Then I got first place in an Amateur Night contest at Deja Vu after I entered on a whim. I figured I might as well share the wealth! I just kept going and started to travel to clubs in different cities. It's not well known but there's an unorganized migration of exotic dancers around America, like Gypsies."
